Refund & Exchange Policy – NS Glamm

At NS Glamm, we take great care in ensuring every saree and jewellery piece is delivered in perfect condition. Please review our policy before placing your order:

No Return, No Refund Policy

  • All purchases made on NS Glamm are final sale.
  • NS Glamm maintains a strict no-refund policy. No refunds will be provided for any products once the order is confirmed and delivered.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of color, or incorrect size selection.

Exchange for Damaged Items

  • An exchange is possible only if the product is received in a damaged condition.
  • To qualify for an exchange, customers must:
    • Provide a mandatory clear, unedited video of unboxing process, beginning at the moment of parcel receipt from the delivery personnel. .
    • Notify our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
    • Refunds will be processed only for defective products upon submission of an unboxing video. An equivalent value exchange, or a refund credited to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.
  • Exchange is subject to availability of stock. If the same product is not available, we may offer an alternative option with a product of equivalent value from NS Glamm’s collection.

Important Notes

  • Products without an unboxing video will not be eligible for exchange.
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish due to photography or device display settings do not qualify as defects.
  • Jewellery and sarees with delicate handwork are carefully packed, but slight irregularities are part of handcrafted products and not considered damage.
