NS Glamm reserves the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen issues such as stock unavailability or payment verification problems.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders within India are shipped in 24–48 hours and delivered within 4–7 working days.
International delivery (coming soon) usually takes 7–15 working days, subject to customs clearance.
NS Glamm is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

4. Returns & Exchanges

No returns or exchanges are allowed, except in cases where the product is received in a damaged condition.
A mandatory unboxing video is required as proof for damaged item claims.
Exchange requests must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and are subject to stock availability.
